STUDIO POLICIES

• This is a shared workspace. The balloon portion of the studio is off limits to renters and their clients, with the exception of the restroom that can be accessed only by walking through the balloon space.

• Renter is responsible for the cost of replacing any broken or damaged property, by the renter or renter’s party.

• Please use caution if moving furnishings so as not to scratch the floor. Be gentle when moving the large backdrop wall. 

• Renter agrees to tidy space and throw away trash before departure. A cleaning fee may be charged if the space is left in disarray. Please put things back the way you found them. 

• Parking is minimal. It is recommended that you park in the back and enter through the rear entrance to leave space for your clients to park out front. 

• Any furnishings, backdrops or props on the studio side are available for your use at no extra fee. A continuous light is also included. You are also welcome to bring your own items and lighting.

• Fee is non-refundable but may be transferred to another booking at the discretion of the owner.
